Being a Londoner these days is to be part of a hugely diverse community. And it’s the very richness of this community – its diversity – that attracts and nourishes so much exciting talent.
Pulse has and always will consider ability, experience and cultural fit as the means by which employers and new employees find partnership. And while diversity is something we adhere to, it no longer governs us because it is embedded in who we are and what we do.
But while Diversity can add strength and depth to a company so can Prejudice destroy it.
If any organisation, be it a media business, a football team or a political party, allows prejudice to enter its corridors then it will cease to truly reflect the community it serves or employs and it will, eventually, fail.
